Alain Ducasse’s passion for architecture, design and the Riviera led to the restaurant’s complete makeover, as you can see. Classic in its essence but with a modern decor approach, this restaurant is a must.
A new menu by chef Dominique Lory and Alain Ducasse showcases the products, flavors and colors of the Riviera with modernity and youth, while the renovated dining room is by Patrick Jouin and Sanjit Manku.
The design was inspired by the room’s central ceiling fresco, a work by Marie-Félix Hippolyte Lucas. The “service station”, located on the center, is shielded by two metal-bladed wings that open up when the service begins to reveal the bread, oils and butter section on one side, and the liqueurs and chocolates on the other.
Truly a fascinating place, Hôtel de Paris will make you want to come back over and over again. From the delicious food to the inspiring luxurious decoration, the restaurant provides nothing but moments of pure joy. What are you waiting for?
